Out of Pocket
For clients paying out of pocket, I offer a pay what you can structure. It’s imperfect. It’s up to you to determine what you are able to pay based on your access to resources. It’s up to me to determine what I am able to accept based on your access to resources and my need for income. We can talk about it.

Insurance
I am an in-network (INN) provider for:
UC Berkeley SHIP (Blue Shield / Wellfleet)
Anthem Blue Cross except medi-cal
*Aetna California
*Optum California
*billed throu the Alma app
I am an out of network provider (OON) for:
PPO plans Payment in full is due at time of service. (Ask your insurance about partial reimbursement for out of network providers. Or use the mentaya or thrize app to do the billing for you automatically.)
Please note Client’s not eligible for insurance at the time of service, are responsible for payment of services at regular rates.
Open Path
If you do not have insurance coverage and you have low/no income, you can try https://openpathcollective.org/ You can find a therapist who will charge between $40-$70 per session. While I am an Open Path therapist, my low-fee spots are currently full.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service. I accept debit and credit cards thru a HIPAA compliant service.
